How long does it take for my mattress to expand?
Most of our mattresses expand within minutes, but it can take up to 72 hours to fully reach its original shape and firmness.
Do I need a specific foundation for my mattress?
Our mattresses work on any firm, flat surface, including slatted frames (slats 5" apart or less), box springs, or the floor.
What is the 100-night sleep trial?
We offer a 100-night trial period. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the first 100 days.
Is there a scent when I first unbox my mattress?
You may notice a slight 'new mattress smell' which is normal and non-toxic. This usually dissipates within 24 to 48 hours in a well-ventilated room.
How do I clean my Tuft & Needle mattress cover?
We recommend spot cleaning with a mild detergent and cool water. The cover is not designed to be removed or machine washed.
